Being a Christian is tough in the world and everyday it seems that the gospel is getting further away from us. We must understand that this world is not for us, and understand that we are blinded by worldly things. The things that blind us keep us from God’s love and grace. As Christ loving people we should not let the flesh win over your sprite God want us to stay focus on him at all time. You are not to worry at all but put it all in his hand. The big question is how do we do that? And the answer is faith. We have a choice and to me it is simple accept the Lord Jesus as your true and only savior. The punishment for not follow Jesus is Hell. Hell is a real place and the world is set up to take people mind away from Christ and keeps them focus on worldly things. The Lord said that the one who loses his life will surely gain his life. He is not talking about dyeing but about how you live your life. That means giving up the thing that are not God like for instance I use to love Hip Hop music until I realize how much evil was really in it. We must watch out for the things we let our young children watch, so many kids don’t know who Jesus is or what he has done for us. The devil want to stop your growth with Jesus, the only way he can do that is by lying to you. The devil’s trick is to drown you sin so you never see the true light of Jesus. But don’t be fooled you have power over the devil and his demon cause you have the blood of Jesus on you. When Jesus dies on the cross he gives us his power thru grace and love to reign over all the earth.
So I ask you to use your God given power to reign over worldly things and help bring people to Jesus. To repent is to turn away from your sin and live a new life. At first it will feel like you can’t but stay strong you are not waking alone he that rule over everything is with you. If we keep our focus pointed towards the throne and pray that we will win this battle and rejoice in love of our Lord and Savior Jesus.
PSALM 86 11-17 TO GIVE YOU STRENGTH AS YOU START YOUR WALK WITH THE LORD.
Teach me your way, O Lord, that I may walk in your truth; give me an undivided heart to revere your name. 12 I give thanks to you, O Lord my God, with my whole heart, and I will glorify your name for ever. 13 For great is your steadfast love towards me; you have delivered my soul from the depths of Sheol. 14 O God, the insolent rise up against me; a band of ruffians seeks my life, and they do not set you before them. 15 But you, O Lord, are a God merciful and gracious, slow to anger and abounding in steadfast love and faithfulness. 16 Turn to me and be gracious to me; give your strength to your servant; save the child of your serving-maid. 17 Show me a sign of your favour, so that those who hate me may see it and be put to shame, because you, Lord, have helped me and comforted me.
